Complaints
If something is wrong
Tell us first, at david@visiocorp.co or +27 71 548 6226. We acknowledge within two business days and give a written outcome within ten.
Contacting us does not limit any right you have. If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve the matter between us, you may refer it to the National Consumer Commission. If your complaint is about personal information, you may take it to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
Payments
How we charge
Card payments are processed by Yoco and Payfast on their secure pages. We never see or store your card details. We quote international customers in US dollars and charge in South African rand at the rate applied on the day the payment request is created; the rand amount is shown to you before you pay.
