The Seat
A six-month seat for a creator who wants to sell properly: our products, our leads, our script, brand work pitched for you — and your name, your audience and your account stay yours.
You join us for six months. We put you on our products and pay you 10–20% of every sale you close. We pitch you for brand work and take that pipeline off your hands. We use your account — only with your approval, post by post — to build a customer base that belongs to the business, and we train you to sell properly while we do it. You keep your name, your audience and your face. At month six, both of us decide whether to go again.
Six months, and it is short on purpose
Six months is a trial in both directions. You are not signing your life away, and we are not asking you to commit to something neither of us has tested yet. The dates are in the contract, not left to how anyone feels at the time.
First review
What is working in your own words, what the numbers say, and what we change before it becomes a habit.
Second review
Your book, your collection rate and your account health, against the plan we built from your page before you signed.
The decision
Renewal is by agreement. Either side can decide not to go again, and that is a normal outcome, not a failure.
10–20% of what you sell, paid weekly
Your commission is calculated on money actually collected, less a list of direct costs that is closed and named in the contract. An open-ended “less costs” clause turns into an argument every week, so we do not write one.
The direct cost of your sale
Payment processing on that order, the courier leg for that order, refunds and chargebacks on your sales, a discount you gave on that order, and a referral fee owed on that order.
The cost of being a company
Rent, utilities, salaries, equipment, marketing, software, the lead engine, management time, training and admin. You carry the cost of your sale. We carry the cost of being a company.
Your rate is set in your agreement and moves up the ladder below. Nothing on this page is an income promise: what you earn depends on what you sell and what is collected.
What you are handed the week you sign
Not at 30 days, not once you have proved something. This is the seat itself.
Something to sell
Product lines with a live payment link you can send inside the conversation. You never have to build an offer, and you are never selling something you cannot deliver.
Leads and a daily queue
We generate the targets. The queue is prepped a day ahead — who, why today, and the message already written. You do not prospect cold from scratch.
The script
Opener, objections, close. Guided every step, in your own words, so you are never improvising in front of a client.
Pitched and negotiated for you
We pitch you for brand work, run the outreach and negotiate the terms. You keep 100% of the relationships you bring yourself.
Structured, on a schedule
Four weeks on the offer, on leads, on the operator model, and on our own product and field standard — then a 30-minute session every week with your calls reviewed.
Your audience, and your rate
Your real audience read — who they are, where they are, which industries already sit in your comments — and the rate card that comes out of it. Nobody publishes host and appearance rates. We can hand you yours.
A dashboard and a back end
Sent, replied, booked, closed, collected and earnings to date, live. Behind it: your customer book, order status and delivery tracking, your invitations and RSVPs, your weekly report.
Weekly, and a monthly 1:1
Commission is paid weekly, not at month end. Once a month there is a call that is only about your numbers, what is blocking you and what you want next.
Support is earned, and the gates are visible
A photographer, designers and dedicated support are real money, so they unlock as you produce rather than on the day you sign. You can see the whole ladder before you agree to the first rung, and the commission band climbs with it — the rate is not picked, it is earned.
| Tier | Gate | What unlocks | Rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0 · Signed | Day one | Dashboard, back end, daily tasks, scripts, payment links, your full tech stack, weekly pay, the monthly call and the four-week training. | 10% |
| 1 · Producing | 30 days · closes on the board · collection at or above 60% · account clean | Design support and branded assets for your page, event invitations to send, your own profile page and rate card. | 10% |
| 2 · Established | 90 days · a book of 40+ · collection at or above 75% · retention holding | A professional shoot and a media kit — and we start actively pitching you to brands. Priority territory. | 15% |
| 3 · Senior | Three months at target · collection at or above 85% | Dedicated support assigned to you, input on the product itself, and a path to team lead or a city. | 20% |
The gates are on money collected and on account health — never on gross written. Someone who writes a large number and collects a fraction of it, while getting blocked and reported, has not earned a shoot; they have created a problem. Deal-to-paid is the headline gate at every tier, and block and complaint rates are a hard disqualifier at any level.
Used, never taken
- You own the account. Always. The login stays yours and we never hold your password.
- Approval post by post. Nothing goes out that you have not seen. We draft, you approve, and you send — which is also the platform rule, because automation is what gets accounts banned.
- A daily cap on outbound. Volume is capped and split across channels to protect your account. It is your asset, not ours.
- We write, you voice. Every message in your own words, and never pitch-first: who we are, thank them, their own words, and only then the offer.
- Customers acquired belong to the company. That is the trade, and we say it plainly up front so it is never a surprise later.
- On exit your account is untouched and you keep every follower it earned. Your media kit, your numbers, your content and your contacts are exported and handed over on day one of leaving.
What you will actually be signing
- A two-way NDA. You protect our lists, scripts, method, customer book and pricing. We protect your identity as a rep, your earnings and your personal information. It runs both ways in the same clause.
- Confidentiality, itemised. The confidential items are named one by one rather than gestured at, so neither side has to argue later about what was covered.
- A narrow restraint of trade. Six months, Gauteng, and same-service competitors only. You are exclusive to us as a seller in our categories — never as a person.
- Non-solicitation, both ways. You do not take clients or reps. We do not go after the brand relationships you brought with you.
- IP assignment. Work created inside the role belongs to the company. Your own content and creative stay yours.
- A POPIA undertaking. How customer data is handled, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act.
- A code of conduct and a safety protocol. Buddy routes for door work, a live check-in and check-out, a named person to report to, and an unconditional right to leave any room — with no effect on your commission, ever.
- Clients contract to the company. Never to you personally. You are never the one carrying a client's contract or a client's risk.
There is nothing to pay and nothing to buy
The Seat is an application, not a product. Email us and include:
- Your handle.
- Your city.
- What you want to be known for — a sentence is enough.
- Your Instagram Insights screenshots: the last 30 days of reach, and your audience breakdown.
We read the page properly before anyone talks about a contract — what you post, who engages, where they are — and you get that read back as a one-pager whether or not we go further. We do not publish a roster, and we never disclose who we work with or what they earn.
Market and industry notes from the desk
