02 · Talent management and brand campaigns

Representation, partnerships and campaigns

We represent artists and creators, and we are engaged by brands and agencies that want to work with them. Management income is an agreed commission on what the talent earns. Brand and campaign work is invoiced to the brand or agency against a signed campaign agreement.

What you are buyingPrice
Artist and talent management
Career management for the artists and creators we represent — bookings, brand partnerships, negotiation, contracting and administration. Our managed artist is Tony Duardo.
Commission on income earned
Brand campaigns
A brand or agency engages us to design and run a campaign with our talent. Deliverables, usage rights, disclosure and reporting are set out in a campaign agreement.
Quoted per campaign
Strategy and media
Positioning, narrative, rate-setting and media planning for an artist, a creator or a brand.
Quoted per engagement

Clients contract with the company, never with an individual artist or creator. Usage rights, territory, exclusivity and disclosure obligations are set out in the campaign agreement, and all paid content is disclosed in line with the ARB Code of Advertising Practice and the Consumer Protection Act.

What we do not promise. Campaign services are the performance of agreed activity, reported on. We do not guarantee streams, placements, chart positions, followers, coverage, sales or revenue, and no such outcome forms part of what you are buying. We say this in writing before anyone pays.

Each campaign line runs over an agreed window — usually the release week and the four to six weeks that follow — and closes with a written report of what was done and what it produced.
